"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I start drinking green tea today, thus far about 4 cups. I made 8 cups worth in the morning, put 5 bags into it. Am I suppose to be hyper after drinking it? Its kind of like coffee, makes me tense on the sides of my head. Pupils dialated, so Im attractive, especially to the cops, lol.

Im using Lipton Green Tea 100% natural, naturally decaffeinated, 0 calories, drinking without sugar.

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

don't drink decaf tea. The decaffeinating process uses several chemicals. It's a misconception that decaf is healthier, whether it be coffee or tea.

Im drinking lipton green tea, and I tell you, without sugar or anything it tastes good. Not alright, but good. The only thing is that it makes you crazy, tense. But I guess that what it should be doing?

I prefer the capsules. You avoid the nasty taste entirely :)

I have been drinking green tea since 2000 and it gives me a calming effect and not once have I been wired or tense with drinking it.

Lipton's with mixed Berry and cranberry/pomerand are the 2 I drink and I only add a tad of sugar or honey and I let it brew for 5 minutes for a stronger strength.

I hate hot drinks. If you do too or just don't like green tea, do this:

Open the green tea bag and dump it into cold water. Gulp down the cold water.

BTW, I heard white tea is even healthier.

I pour 8 cups of filtered water into coffee jug (where you make coffee). Then pour that into kettle and bring to boil. Meanwhile I stick 5 bags of green tea into the coffee jug, and then pour boiled water over it. Then cover the coffee jug with something so steam dont escape.

I drink it the same day, I dont like ice tea.

Should I be putting 8 bags instead?

What are the benefits, if any, of brewing and drinking actual tea over using an EGCG green tea extract supplement like Primaforce Lean Green or NOW's EGCG? 2-3 caps and you have your 500mg EGCG for the day, and the products are cheap. I can understand if one prefers to drink the tea to enjoy it for it's own sake or to add taste to your daily water intake, otherwise is there any reason to do so? Serious question, not a backhanded statement.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
