WBA was talking about brewing 8-10 bags a day, cooling it over night, and drink the next day....anyone care to explain this process?? do u like get a jug? do u open the tea bags or no? do u boil the water first..?
How do you get out of bed in the morning without a manual?

Christ put some green tea in water and mix it.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

What are the benefits, if any, of brewing and drinking actual tea over using an EGCG green tea extract supplement like Primaforce Lean Green or NOW's EGCG? 2-3 caps and you have your 500mg EGCG for the day, and the products are cheap. I can understand if one prefers to drink the tea to enjoy it for it's own sake or to add taste to your daily water intake, otherwise is there any reason to do so? Serious question, not a backhanded statement.
Of the reliable research out there, most of it has involved green tea itself, not capsules. Many benefits linked to particular foods vanish when you try to put the key ingredients in capsule form. In this case, however, some of the benefits have been linked to tea, and others directly to tea extract. You'll have to make up your own mind.

Tea extract is cheap; the tea itself is significantly cheaper (unless you go for the foo-foo crap).
