You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Did weighted wide grip dips today while tilting down, Tri-Ceps wrecked !!
and Chest WRECKED..I'm starting to see why just doing dips and inclines are a good way to go.

I'm still gonna do declines to keep variety but wide dips tilting down had my whole chest rock solid.

Yeah, told you dips tear your chest up. Hey D&B man, right after you've done dips, does your chest and sternum area feel kinda tight and really well worked? Just something I've noticed after dips, it's like I could feel all the fibres working their arses off or something..Whatever, I don't know how to phrase it in technical language :p

Oh HELL YEA !! It was like a totally different feeling for my chest than benching which usually hits outside of my chest pretty good but Dips had everything solid inside ! it was amazing! the center of my chest was doing some crazy stuff I've never noticed before. I'm a believer !! dips are definitely the way to go !!

I've been doing dipsthe past year just like your friend recommended, and my lower chest formed quickly, much more quickly than doing 2 years' worth decline DB or BB press.
damn..looks like i've got a lot of catching up to do !

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Dips are the sh** like I said. Maybe one day I can add the weight-vest. But until then I've been making good progress ever since I healed from the broken sternum.

I gotta agree with D&B about substituting dips for decline. Just think about your body's orientation in space when doing these exercises. They definitely hit different aspects of chest/triceps with different degree. How much and how little all depends on one thing: form.

Throw in some dumbbell flyes in there. It will make a world of difference.
I like dips, they're good for my chest and triceps. I don't distinguish them in my journal but I actually use two styles: torso upright and leaning forward. Some workouts I do two leaning forward and one with torso upright, and on other days I do it the opposite way. I've noticed that torso upright is slightly more difficult as it places more work on my triceps and shoulders, when I'm leaning forward I feel it slightly more in my chest.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

You won't notice the decline until you've built up your chest significantly.
I've been doing it for two weeks, and my lower/inner chest have started to form.

I do two heavy sets of 6-8 reps

Working out for two weeks and having your chest start to grow means you've started to have a glycogen pump where your muscle cells are expanded. You'll start to notice true growth after 8-12 weeks.

Where can I find this information from? I haven't heard it before so point me in the right direction.
