I got a number from this girl i met at the mall but i only talked to her for about 50 seconds, so what do i say if i call her i hardly know here its like what now?

also if a girl says "you look familiar" or "you look like someone i know" is this a cue that they are interested?

For your 1st scenario. Call up, and tell her exactly what you told us about chatting at her from the mall and that you wanna do something later with her.

For your 2nd scenario, Yeah this is a que of interest in my experience dependin on how they "recognize" you. I usually do that to people I'm interested in getting to know haha it gives me a kick.
