Got 6 weeks to reach my goal. HELP

Hey everyone I have been working out pretty seriously since December 20th. I weigh 177 at 5'10 and have 13 percent body fat. I want to be at 10% or lower by June 3rd. That is 40 days. I have gave up a lot for 5 months and am ALMOST there any tips on my diet?

Meal 1: Can of Tuna drained, Whey protein shake with skim milk, 30 blueberries.

Should I eliminate milk/fruit?

Snack: 25 almonds

Meal 2 : Low carb RTD protein shake, 4 egg whites

Meal 3: Protein shake w/ water, Lean Cuisuine low carb meal, 20 blue berries, 2 ounce beef jerky

Meal 4 : Preworkout: Protein Shake w/ skim milk, 20 shrimp with lemon, leafed spinach, 20 blueberries

Should I get rid of fruit in this meal?

Meal 5: Postworkout: 1 protein shake with skim milk, 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, leafed spinach, 20 blueberries

Meal 6: Can of Tuna, Protein shake with water

Macros: 2,250 cals, 54 fat, 134 carbs, 326 protein 57-22-22

Workouts-
Day 1- Chest/Shoulders,
Day 2: Back, Triceps, Bis
Day 3: 45 minute low intensity cardio
Day 4 45 minute low intensity cardio
and Repeat Abs every other day.

Almost forgot

I forgot my supplements:
Roxylean (fat burner and real effective gives crazy energy)
Opti-Man (3 pills a day)
Fish Oil (6 pills a day)
Green Mag creatine (in morning almost done have about 10 servings left and will abandone creatine for a while to cycle out)



reason why i am posting this is because I am going food shopping in about 6 hours and want to start my final cutting phase tomorrow.

i see what your getting at

I do squats on bis/tris days if you mean i dont include legs. not especially heavy since its tough on running. I have recently put running in between my weight days instead of 2 in a row. any other tips kerpal you are very knowledgeable

Get rid of the Creatine. It makes you hold water weight.

any tweaks

can't be too much to change any other thoughts. I am gonna cycle off creatine in about 5 days.
