Best thing to do is make it a complete joke and keep upping the ante, or just refer to her as "Miss harder-to-impress-than-thou," with a mock upper-class accent.

that is true. well heres something i assume everyone might have heard at least once in their lifetime when she says 'i don't give my number out'

Act on the possibility it's a sh1t test, and say "Yeah, right, just call me at _______ now." Sometimes she'll counter with an email address, which you can run with if you want, but don't expect anything to come of it. Just that there's a slight chance she's in a relationship and looking to jump ship without being found out (gals often do that).
