Long story short... was seeing a few different girls, one really stood out and we had a good connection, she's fit, makes her own money, and is witty. I ended up choosing the younger big boobed one and dated her for the past 5 months. Just ended it with her for a long list that is irrelevant here. My question is after 5 months I have no clue if girl number one is dating anyone or maybe completely put off with me for just going ghost after telling her when she asked me out that I was covered up and would text her when I could see daylight...

I'm trying to think of something witty and cute to see if there is any interest left on her end. Any help on what to say in this first text?
