Ask her how her day/week was.
Anything funny that you see or hear when you are out & about write them on your phone. You'll end up with a ton of funny stories that can lead to all sorts of convo.
Also listen to what she says, grab cues for further conversation, elaborate appropriately, and lead the conversation where you want it to go.
Also any of these topics :- Drama, violence, scandal, comedy, neurotic people, history.

I third the listen to her. She can lead (kinda) the conversation, you lead the interaction with your body language and conveying sexual content.
From what Ive noticed, without a doubt, is if a girl is REALLY into you and youve been playing the game well, she will make most of the conversation. You barely need to worry about it. Keep you mind more focused on your alpha body language and conveying sexual intent.
The Female brain is programmed better for social anyways.
9/10 if a chick is into you, shes gonna wanna ask you questions. EX- Are your parents still married? Or, she'll ask you what you do and you get a gut feeling she isnt JUST making conversation.

Just be yourself. Being yourself is the most crucial part of being successful with women. If that does not work after 10 women, be more social. Unfortunately, there is no magic potion to make you successful with women, otherwise, you'd have already heard of it by now.

Just tease her and say ridiculous things you think you would enjoy. Have fun and kino. You shouldn't be doing a traditional dinner date. Do an activity mini golf or bowling or better yet just take her to a bar and drink. You could throw darts. Don't worry about some awkward silence if it happens it happens. Enjoy yourself and it's the best shot you have at her enjoying her time too. Be sure to escalate as much as you can. Test the water with kino and kiss and make some excuse for something you want to show her at your place of course
