Hi bros .

Now i dont have time for gym but im gonna start with push-ups from monday .
I think about 10-15 reps in the begining two or three times a day . After 2-3 weeks ill do more and more and more :D .

I hope im gonna get some results soon :D.

Im kinda noob about fitness so any help would be appreciated :D .

Your not weightlifting to build muscle, You will get better results if your forget about 10-15 range and just do as many reps as possible (with your bodyweight).

Push Ups alone are WEAK !!!!! you need to be creative !! look up ghetto workout on youtube !! and backyard training and crossfit !!!

Squats, Pull Ups, Push Ups, Jumping, Handstands, jogging..using a combination OF LOTS OF BODY WEIGHT EXERCISES is FAR SUPERIOR than dinky ass push ups..get fit son !
