“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Under normal circumstances, I would just search for info concerning h&f, but this has been getting freaky.

I'm 6'1'', ~180 lbs.

I've always had long, skinny arms. I did track and soccer, neither of which require extensive arm strength. Hence, I have buff legs and I leg press more than 2x my body weight, yet I bench press about 125.

My problem is that I seem to have gotten weaker as a whole. I started breakdancing in Oct (lifting sporadically, exams and stuff like that has messed with my routine), and I was at the peak of my fitness in Nov. Felt good, and workouts were efficient and beneficial.

I'm on break now, but can't do more than 5 push-ups at a time (I used to do 15 explosively). I don't know if I overtrained, but my upper body strength seems to have faded away, but I'm not sure why.

I'm sure there's a question, but I don't know exactly what to ask. Is there something up with my body? Should I just train harder? Are my muscles atrophying or something? Any ideas are appreciated.

ps. all weights are in lbs

I'd say lift more. You said yourself that exams got in your way of lifting.

First of all, how old are you?

Second, how is your diet? You could be taking in more simple sugars than is good for you. Have you gained any weight? All the sugars will tire you out faster and you will ultimately be weaker. Eat more protein if you insist on eating junk food, and increase your water intake.

Yes, you should train harder. Train your CNS to use ALL of your muscle. Do this by going balls to the WALL in the gym, with proper form of course.

Without diet info I cant say much. We need to know how you feed the fire. Half of this body battle is food.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

This might sound like a stupid question, but whatever: sure you're doing your pressups right? I can do 50ish in about a minute if I really stretch myself, like I'd be on the floor for 10 minutes after doing it. I'm not particularly strong a tall... Only being able to do 5 pressups seems exceptionally weak really... but then I guess that's the point of your whole post, haha.

Just join a gym, that really got my motivation higher. Train harder and SMARTER. Sorry to say this, but your muscles are gone, your gonna need to work to get it back. There are no excuses not to work out, going to the gym takes a lot less time than people think. My workout is 30 mins tops, you just need to go high intensity.
