Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

They are. I'm sick and tired of them. Obsessing over this one or that one. Talking to them, and getting rejected. Grades slipping. Wondering, then getting rejected. It's all so annoying, and such a shot to the ego.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Its not girls that are destroying your life. It is you that is letting girls destroy your life. Girls aren't here to destroy your life. Right now your just in whining mood because this ONE girl did something that was bad. There a billions more girls in the world.

3 in 2 weeks, bro. It's such a blow to the ego.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

WHAT NO! Going up to a girl and talking to her will boost your Ego. And I know that right after 3 weeks when you are done being a baby you'll be like "Oh I gotta meet someone new"

DO SOMETHING NOW

Go out and do stuff outside of school if your Rep isnt good.

1.) Don't obsess over this one or that one. Ever. Period. End of sentence. You're putting too much importance on her, and that sets you up for a fall. Its like winding a spring, the more energy you put into it the harder it will hit you if (and in this case, when) it breaks.

2.) Don't let girls get more important than, say, your grades. Girls should be a side interest, not your primary passion in life.

Make no doubt, you are destroying your life.

The moment I read the title of this thread, the words "No, you are destroying your life" popped into my head.

Life is what you make it. You choose how you handle situations. It may take some mental conditioning, but no matter what, YOU are in control of your emotions, of your thoughts, and most importantly, of your actions.

3 rejections in two weeks? Is that what you're saying? Your point? Even to this day I get shut down here and there. I'm no Casanova, but I do get my fair share of interest. This isn't something that happens over night, it's taken me nearly 4 years of lazy, indirect improvement to get to where I'm at. I've still got plenty of work as well. Do you honestly think, that life is all about getting laid, or getting a girlfriend? How about making yourself the best you can be at everything you do.

Take it upon yourself to become in better shape, smarter, more diverse. Take up a few hobbies, preferably something where you can MAKE something. Being able to visually record your progress is amazing. Make girls about halfway down your list. Sure, they're important, but they're nothing to focus your life around, my friend.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
