To me, it does not matter how common it is. The whole scenario is disrespectful to the man and to their relationship.

If a woman is upfront about it and her man is ok with it, then that's on him. For this woman to have secret conversations with another man and then be setting up a date while doing so, that is instant deal breaker in my opinion.
