i would not give an ultamatium i would just leave f that asking her what do you think i would pack my stuff while she was at work and just leave and then she'll be on your nuts more but don't stop being friends with her i hate breaking up with somebody and not caring whether they lived or died and i also agree with francisco you won't get your ring back trust me
It doesn't sound good dude, but it seems like your biggest problem is that you're hanging around waiting for her a lot. If she's out with friends and other people, you should be out with other people and living your life too.
More to the point, she is not being the girlfriend YOU want her to be, so YOU should be the one moving on. Forget ultimatums, because the best you'll get from that is her spending time with you because she feels obligated.
Instead, I think you should open your options and look for another woman...a woman that is more suited to you and doesn't need to be pressured into spending time with you.
Comparing this situation to many other cases I've seen, your GF may be in a transitional period, where she is keeping her options open, but wants you as a back up.

I think she is looking for your replacement and keeping you on the side while she does. She doesn't want to be the one dumped and wants to do the dumping. It hurts getting dumped but feels good to do the dumping.

Wow, you guys are giving me some good advice here. I will let you guys know of any updates.
My head is telling me that the right thing to do is dump her. But it is very hard to just suddenly end a relationship that I have invested so much time into (2 years) and also because this girl is hot as hell (9.8 or 9.9). LIke i said, one way or another I am going to get that ring back. We haven't talked about things yet. But we will.

Beautiful women know to manipulate people bc of their good looks. I know its hard to just say its over after 2 years but what if u take her back and she cheats on you (who's to say she hasnt already?) or breaks up with you???

As far as cheating goes, I'm about 99.9% sure that she hasn't cheated on me. I am friends with nearly all of her friends (both girlfriends and guy friends), and if she was doing something behind my back I'm sure that one of them would have tipped me off by now. But I'm not being naive about this either, I have been checking and asking around to make sure that nothing is going on.

I seriously doubt she'll give it back either. She sounds like a gold diggger and has NO respect for you. She's just using you, and she knows it. She has all the power because she's a hot chick and you won't get any better than her. Once you break it up, that power of her's will go and any niceness she has will disappear and she won't do the honourable thing. She will say, you gave it to me, it was a gift and it's mine.
Have her come over, **** her, take the ring off her finger when she's sleeping, and then end it the next morning.
