“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Gap in between Abs? WTF?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I don't think you can prevent it, I've seen in a few fitness magazines. It's the way the muscles are structured on your frame.

That's not how it's "supposed to look", but thats all based on your genetic muscle structure. Some people have short bicep muscles, some have long bicep muscles. Some people have "lopsided" abs, some have "symmetrical" abs, and some have the gaps. I have the lopsided, but I like it. Gives me sort of a 'rugged' look.

Well its kind of how it would look if you had zero body fat and worked your abs a hell of a lot for a long time.

What exactly is "It". I know as a matter of fact, that there is no gap in between my abs, no matter how hard I work them. Also, there are very few bodybuilders with gap abs, and they get to extremely low bodyfat and work their abs insanely.

Plus, the lowest you can go is about 3% body fat. From what I remember, some of/parts of your organs count as bodyfat (brain or something like that)

One thing both Serge Nubret and the first guy posted have in common is that they are both massively steroidal. This probably won't happen to you if you don't juice a lot.
