“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Well, I'm not a specialist, but I would recommend...

Eating a lot, but only healthy stuff. One pizza and beer night with the buds will set you back weeks!
You'll have to do both Low Rep/High Weight mass building, and sprints.
The sprints will get you lean. The weightlifting will build muscle. The eating will put your body in the comfort zone to build muscle.
If you got the cash, protein powder, no2 etc may be a good investment.
A few of my (very ripped) friends use no2 and protein powder. They are naturally fit though. Were all about 16-18 so naturally in peak performance.

Get to you local gym! talk to the reps there. They'll be able to help you get straight all your questions.

I lost 35 lbs on the dot from heavy lifting and cardio and while I didn't gain mass necessarily, I was getting compliments on how much more defined my muscles are. I may consider doing a thread about this when I get more free time.
