"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

She said she "doesn't want to ruin our friendship" which obviously screams Friendzone.

I told her that I must have misunderstood the situation.

She asks what I meant, so I tell her "I'm attracted to you, but I understand now that I misjudged it all"

Her: "Misjudged how you feel about me?"

Me: "About how you feel about me"

Her "You're wrong. Always trust your first instincts." (WTF?)

15 minutes later, just before I was leaving for work, she asks if I would want to watch a film with her...

I give up on understanding women, it's useless.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

sh!t test... passed

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

It was a **** test?

How can you tell?

What should I do from now?
do nothing...the question is "what should SHE do?"

let her qualify herself.

So I just wait till she gets in touch?
That depends on the situation.

But, I wouldn't wait. Just do what you do.

What DO you do anyway?

Don't pay attention to what she says, pay attention to what she does. Go to her house and escalate.

it sounds like she wanted to bang you but for whatever reason she figured it wasn't mutual and she was friendzoning you pre-emptively and you saying that changed her mind

Strange that she would think that when I was literally all over her this summer

I don’t even know what’s going on anymore!

Watch the film and make a move, that will tell you where she sees you.

If you want to bang the chick, you can't be friends with her. Knowing that you want to bang someone yet supplicating to their frame is not the way forward. Consider the friendship over when you told her how you felt. The only thing you can do now is try and bang her and a new frame can emerge but hanging around her now like nothing has happened is weak sauce.

You can sit here all day trying to work out what she's thinking or saying or you can take action...the art of being a man is being lost for sure.

She got back in touch today by sending a photo of her at a music concert (she works at a venue) and her saying she was going to be there for 2 hours.

Haven't responded.

At this point i wouldnt chase too hard. I agree with @wifehunter on this. Let her persue a little bit.
The art of allowing the girl to chase has gotten a little ghost around here.
Qualifying and compliance are pretty important related directly to her interest level. If she doesnt quaulify herself your frame is off balance.
She got back in touch today. Apparently she's at the venue she works at and sent me a picture of it all.

ask her out on a date. If she says no, any subsequent flirting she does is just attention wh0ring
She's been trying to get us to watch a movie for the last two weeks.

It was something I first brought up, but both our schedules meant that we couldn't. She has brought it up a few times since, but she always manages to set them on a night I work on...

I honestly thought that her saying "I don't want to ruin the friendship" meant Friendzone, full stop. People here seem to be telling me otherwise: like it was a "**** test" or something.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.
