How do you carry on a relationship with a girl where youre friends but not "just friends" anyone her have experience with this kind of thing, I'm really trying to build this right now but Im not sure what the right things to do here are
 

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

first make SURE you not in the friend zone, i mean you may think your arn't be she may think diffrently. And if yall arnt then there shouldnt be a problem here getting with her if you just know and are good terms with and there is no "friend zone" then just get wit her. I have plenty of girls that are friends(girls i know that im on good terms wit) that i flirt with all the time and if i was really intrested in them i would have no problem getting the hook up.
