Pardon my ignorance but this is my first post on Health and Fitness

I wish to get in shape but have no money to join a gym.

What's a good recommended daily workout that could give me a flattr chest by June.

Im not stupidly overweigh i just have a bit of podge. Not enough to notice when im wearing a shirt but enough to notice it jiggle when i walk downstairs

Pushups, situps/crunches, cleaner diet and some sort of cardio activity (running, basketball, biking, etc.).

I know, it's rocket science. Perhaps the more operative word is "easy" instead of "free"? In that case, there is nothing.

diesel's cutting guide should be enough for you. Since you said June, that gives you four and a half months to lose weight.

Basically eat below maintenance. As for exercise, since you are not able to join a gym, compensate by buying free weights if possible. If not, you can just do calisthenics -- sit ups, push ups, dips, squats, calf raises, etc
