Wouldn't wear that hat personally, but it communicates a confidence... by wearing something which brings attention to you and may be perceived as cool by at least a few it shows you're comfortable with being noticed... I mean, I've got some fur jacket which I picked up when I was in Rome and you don't see ANYBODY in that kinda **** besides maybe Puff Daddy at an awards show, lol... its a bit outlandish but the amount of attention I get from women when I'm out in it, and the compliments I get sent my way from guys, it just shows...
