"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

You gotta be fvcking kidding me. You think you look like sh!t because some idiots bullied, rejected and made fun of you. I can understand that, really I can. What I can't understand is why the fvck you accept it.

You look more masculine and good in those pictures than I do on a regular day, you don't see me whining and b!tching about looking ugly.

You've got nothing to validate your claims. Your evidence speaks against what you claim. You're not as physically ugly as you think you are.

Now get the fvck out of here. Nobody is interested in reading about your whining. You have already decided you're fvcked beyond hope, nothing we say apparently makes a difference anyways.

If I were in your shoes I would quit whining and go prove to myself I'm wrong, that I'm not as ugly as some poor losers say. I wouldn't just remain stuck in a loop concluding how fvcked I am, it doesn't improve sh!t. You're not improving sh!t the way you're doing it now, you just keep yourself fvcked.

You've been held down so much by others that you're used to it. They don't need to be present, because you're so used to it you continue to hold yourself down like they did. You're bullying yourself, only you can put an end to that. Fight back for fvcks sake.

so you guys are saying that i looked great with those big ****ing dumbo ears, jew hook nose, and droopy the dog eyes? tell that to the girls that treated me as freak

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

It's not your outsides.

It's inside your head.

How many people need to tell you in how many ways on how many websites?

Total BDD case... I have a associate who looks a bit like you and I think he pulls down more puss than I do. It is all about gaining confidence, learning how to create a good conversation, maintaining their interest, ect.

Dude, trust me... You should go get some help for this. Not for your actual appearance as that is actually fine, but about your delusional perception of it being far worse than reality.

i have a chin advancement and possibly malar implants for weak undereye/cheeks development to do and will take braces off and teeth restore in 5 months. I had bruxism and my teeth were all worn off because of excessive grinding/clenching during the night. Lets see if smiling after that will make a difference.

I believe this OP... He is not a troll, he does not have the hallmarks of a troll he is extremely consistent. I truly believe that he is psychologically ill.

Psychological illness is a difficult thing to manage... I understand this. Your perception of yourself is not based on reality but your own delisuon. I suggest you do not do the surgeries as they are not going to help you, they will not treat the underlying cause of your problem.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I want you to read this... I doubt you are going to fully understand it, I know this because you are so consumed in your delusion that you cannot fully accept the reality... But just read this and see if it describes your thoughts. "The term Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD) describes a disabling preoccupation with perceived defects or flaws in appearance. It can affect both men and women, and makes sufferers excessively self-conscious. They tend to check their appearance repeatedly and try to camouflage or alter the defects they see, often undergoing needless cosmetic treatments. Onlookers are frequently perplexed because they can see nothing out of the ordinary, but BDD causes devastating distress and interferes substantially with the ability to function socially."

Don't forget the FUT, chest and butt implants, cheekbone and jawline enhancement, juvaderm for undereye, Sculptra for temple enhancement, and fat injection into the top lip.

Then maybe, just maybe, you'll be just perfect!!

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Gotcha. The unnecessary surgeries were free. Makes sense now.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
