I DID weigh around 180 but since I got sick from Fri-Sun, I now weigh at 170 flat. I hate it when you work hard and then you get sick and get dropped back a few steps. I went to the gym today(Mon) and I recognized slight fatigue in my workout, even a scary blackout while lifting up dumbells for incline press. My strength did not really change much that I could see, was able to do my normal routine. Though all my friends at school noticed that I became really slim down and not as bulky and thick as before which I hate hearing :(

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Dude to be honest,if your in good enough shape to run around the block, you should still be in the gym. Just don't go 110%. Churn out some good sets and reps and call it a day.

I've always found that a good workout always clears up my system of colds, flus and such.

Disregard any weight loss/gained during being sick...just pound down fruits and veggies while you stuck in bed and you'll fix yourself in no time.

I would NOT work out with the flu. A nose cold, maybe.

Any effort you expend in the gym is taking away from your body's recovery efforts. Just rest until the worst has passed, drink fluids non-stop, and eat bananas, crackers, and veggies. Stomach flu is the worst because you lose like 10 lbs and it's miserable. But going to the gym when you're on the sh!tter every hour isn't going help anything.

I wouldnt work out with the flu either man, it's science that even when you are fit your immune system is somewhat depressed after a workout, your immune system needs to working full speed to get yourself better. I wouldn't worry about weight loss its most prob water weight, its certainly gonna come back when you are well again. But just relax for once and let your body sort you out! Watch some 80's movies!!!
