“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Finally was able to use advice from the big guys here. . . .

This spring break I was able to: get 2g protien/lb of body weight, sleep 9 hours a night with a protien+fat snack in the middle of the night, concentrate only on lifting cuz I took grappling off.

Gained two solid pounds in one week. If there was any fat, it would have burned off by now during two grappling practices I had this week. My body sucks at maintaining a high enough body fat for bulking.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Good job, I'm envious dude!
Envious of the fact you can sleep 9 hours each night. Even if I had the time, I would be incapable of that :D

Not each night, only during spring break. Now that i'm back to school, it'll drop down to 6-7 hours a night. Even down to 4-5 sometimes.

I would just like to note: you don't know what the fkk you are talking about spes.

I know that's a harsh thing to say. But you seem to be settling into that comfortable zone a newbie gets into where he thinks he's finally started to make sense of the loads and loads of info out there; the zone where you finally think you "know something" about bodybuilding. That's a pretty dangerous place for a newbie -- for ANYONE -- to be.

So I am just pointing out that what you think you know -- as demonstrated in your post -- is basically just wrong, unfounded or plain stupid. But I'll leave you to it. Good luck.

What was the point of your post? To get attention?

You critisize my knowledge, but you won't specify what part of my knowledge is wrong? I don't care what I 'seem' like to you, but if you would like to discuss nutrition and/or training, feel free to respond.

BTW, I'll always consider myself on the 'tip of the iceburg' in terms of knowlege. The training and diet advice I follow are those from people who have succeeded in gaining strength and size.
