I'll spare you the moral BS but I won't spare a dose of common sense.

Consider that (a) millions of Ukrainian refugees have left the country after Russia invaded, (b) it is illegal for men who are over 18 to leave Ukraine, and (c) old people are much less likely to leave. That means that the vast majority of people who left Ukraine were young and middle aged women.

Also consider the fact that Ukrainian authorities are known to raid nightclubs, concert halls and other public venue in search for fighting age men who are evading the draft. That's the reason why you don't see many men in that video. But that doesn't mean there aren't any men left. In fact, I would venture a guess that there are actually more men than women in Ukraine right now due to the massive outflow of refugees.

My point if you put that all aside. There is a possibility that they will sign a peace treaty so my point is that in a country like that the dating dynamics must have changed a lot in a favorable way for men in terms of pickup....

The female "operating system" is hardcoded and works basically all the same all over the world. Ukrainian women isn't an exception. In a environment were women have to compete much more than normal because there is less high quality men must change part of how the game functions. Right?

Only one way to find out, you can go there. But if you're good with women you will be good wherever you go so that's a self-fulfilling thing. I don't think statistics are going to matter much. And "compete" is the operative word, they will compete for Men, and will probably rather share a battle-hardened Ukrainian man than settle for a doughy American whose idea of hard times is when the WiFi doesn't work. Its all just a hypertheoretical conversation this thread and I have no plans currently of going there myself.
I just think its interesting the current situation where the numbers are so extremely askew to one side like in this case where there is loads of chicks and very few guys. In the end this ends up in the same issue as the passport bros, if you move her to your country she will be and end up like any other chick in your country so its a zero sum game where you lose no matter what you do. The only option is to stay in her country if you are the type of guy looking for an IRL. However if you are just looking for some party and fun then you'll have plenty of options - yes back home too in your own country, but you might find it easier to pull and "score" in such an environment at least in theoretical sense.

As someone who has been an ex-pat in BOTH warring countries, and current in the main one where the Ukrainian refugees have mainly settled, I must interject. From what I have read, it seems that a lot of the young, single Ukrainian women have used the opportunity to emigrate to the EU as refugees, and might very well never come back. (Of course, the effect of this is to diffuse themselves into their immigrant countries, so those places have more young women around. ) Next, the Ukrainian leadership has been wise in not blowing a hole in its demographics by conscripting young men, but rather older men - although that might change. And ironically, it is Mother Russia that has the better demographics now, as a lot of men have become HIMARS fodder, or have absconded to places like Georgia - which I am sure is now the worst sausage fest the world has even seen outside of Williston, ND - and they probably won't go back.
