“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

For the last month I have been heavily fatigued, both physically and mentally. I'm still working out regularly, including cardio during off days, but I feel so drained all of the time.

I feel too tired to study most of the time and I'm spending more time at home because I just can't find the energy or motivation to go out.

I have been cutting for about 6 weeks, and though I'm getting a healthy amount of nutrition, I'm wondering if it's normal to feel so fatigued when cutting.

That can happen. Play with your body a bit, especially when cutting and you're depriving your body of things it wants. Try taking a day to eat a bunch of carbs... I noticed when I did that it would replenish my body, give me a bunch of new energy and just like a boost for a while. It's one of the things that leads me to believe in the "cheat day" system... not overly exaggerated, but still, your body needs some extra stuff once in a while to recoup.

Just try stuff, as long as you don't eat shyt for a week straight, eating a few extra carbs for a day won't hamper your cutting cycle.

I think you are right. I'll try adding more carbs to my diet and maybe the occasional cheat day.

Thanks for the response.

That happens to me when I train for boxing competitions.

Try taking a few days off from the gym but keep eating healthy.

In the past I have trained for competitions while studying for university final exams. It was not fun at all. I was mentally and physically drained all the time.

Now I listen to my body more carefully. Before I used to train through the pain. Not anymore though. I have learned that mental fatigue also leads to physical fatique.

Good luck.

Well I have been doing 4 workout days per week + 3 days with cardio, so I guess it's no wonder I'm so lethargic. I'll try cutting down a bit and adding more carbs and see if it helps. Thanks again guys.
