i used to be fat, and getting worse till i was 13 or so, at that point i weight 11 stone and was shorter then average. I fixed myself up, lost 2 and a half stone im 17 and weight the same amount as i did then but obviously i did grow a lot in 4 years and i got a lot more muscle! now i am in good shape lower body fat % then normal although i want to lower it further to get a well defined 6 pack rather then this thing i can hardly call a 6 pack.
