“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Morning brahs, Okay for whatever's going on in my life right now ... And if your following my other thread, I've woke up this morning gone straight on Facebook, and just thought to myself this is sad so I've now deleted myself off it. I'm trying to self improve by focusing on my business and quitting drugs.

My question is will not being on Facebook help improve my life? (Stupid question I know but I'm trying to do the exact opposite, to what I've done for so many years) call it a kind of experiment.

The way I see it I'm stuck in a rut at the bottom and there's only one way I can go ... Right?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

I've been on FB since it was beta, it is a part of my lifestyle, but not my relationships. It actually keeps me quite grounded, except now I do have a oneitis ex as a friend. That said, I have not changed my behavior but my usage comes and goes anyway.

IMO, it depends on how and why you have used it, does it help you in anyway?, does it harm you?

Well let's put it this way .. It doesn't help my life. I just see it as a distraction ... It serves no purpose to me really, all my family are local. It's gone away so I'll see how I get on pal. Cheers

There is no facebook is good or bad answers. I have friends who live all over the world and facebook is great for easily keeping in contact with them at all times throughout moving and new phones etc. It also lets me see how they are doing if I'm too busy to call or chat. I almost never post anymore and I figure if you're getting distracted by facebook, facebook isn't the problem. It's your mindset.

But whatever helps you. I don't think not using facebook can hurt.
