so what exc can you do without using your wrist?


besides legs and abs exc???


I sprained my wrist tonight and I don't want to put my week on hold because of that, I have been slacking off my training too much already

I happen to injure my wrist pretty often with Bench Presses and when it occurs, I can't do anything but Squats and Barbell Rows. I don't think there are other solutions.

I don't understand how you can do bb rows, I can barely hold anything with my wrist.

how long does it take to 'heal' from a sprain?


I never got injured - I feel like a virgin.

It depends on the kind of injury, anyway it should be over in a week or so.

Just do legs and abs.. your upper body isn't gonna fade away just because you can't use your wrist - nearly all upper body exercises involve the wrist so better to just let it heal completely.

Besides, leg training can make your upper body grow. :D
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I dont know how bad your injury is but I would suggest buying some wrist wraps i think they have some at bodybuilding.com or ironmind.com
