Being interest in the party whom your conversing means you are attentive, charismatic, confident and overall present good conversationalist skills which is a good attribute and attractive trait to possess.
I had a couple of hot women telling me they want to be with me... I had natural game... I can talk my ways out of things... I learnt from Pook on how to not be AFC... But the only reason why she was into me was because I'm fun to be around... It's not about not being needy... everyone is the same... including girls... when you're needy you just want to see her every days... you don't care whether shes busy or not... or if she wants to... the point is they dont' care wheter you are needy or not... they just want you to be honest...

That is a false dichotomy. The hardest it is, the harder it will continue to be because that is how you're perceiving reality. When you are in the present moment, then you are letting go of the past and any anticipation you expect from the future. What you truly desire will come into fruition.
Hardness is what stabilizes our molecular structure. When you are flowing like a water in a stream, then you are allow your consciousness to reach the deeper depths of the universe.
