“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

you are overanalysing BIGTIME. the liquid is brine, tastes awful and is full of sodium and very little actual tuna. lol.

eat red meat instead. ;)

Protein comes from the tissue itself. If there is any protein in the brine, it's not a lot.

dont drink that watery swill. :It contains almost no nutrients and is meant to keep the tuna fresh / moist.

I had a nasty encounter with it today...

Was watching the tele, and got abit hungry...Went for a can of tuna instead of a slice of pie...The mistake: I took the can of tuna to the living room, intending to open/eat it there. I opened it up(with a plate under, naturally, it always spills a little bit), and behold...I forgot about the nasty juice. Instead of going back to the kitchen to tip it out, I took the lazy path...I guzzled it.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

you should eat the can as well.

important amino acids tend to stick to the aluminium due to the negative ions carried by the sulphur groups present in proteins
