Each body part, once a week... enough?

My current workout is like this...

Monday - Back and Biceps
Weds - Chest and Triceps
Fri - Shoulders and Legs
Sat (at home) - Biceps

I usually do 4 exercises per body part at the gym, 4 sets at arounds 10 reps, sometimes with drop sets. Also I now do biceps twice a week as they're skinny as **** (from an old forearms injury and not being able to do curls for a year).

But is once a week enough?

short answer: yes

stop doing biceps on saturday, more is not better.

Sound advice! Remember that traps,abs & biceps are small muscles and are very easy to overwork!

I do mine every day for MMA but if you wanna gain bigger abs you should work them out once a week, low reps heavy weights
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Day One:

Dips or Bench Press 2 x 6-8
Incline Press, or incline Fly 2 x 10-12
Military Press, Or Hammer Shoulder Press 2 x 6-8
Tricep (skull crushers) Extensions or Tricep Pushdowns 2 x 10-12
Heavy Abs 3 x 10

Day Two:

Pull-Up 3 sets to failure
Barbell Row 2 x 8
EZ-Bar Or Dumbell Curl 1 x 10
Squats 2 x 10
Deadlifts, or Stiff-Legged Deadlift 1 x 10

?!?!?!? i have 4 days, each line is a day lol sorry if you misunderstood
sunday:chest
mon: back
tues:break
weds:legs
thurs: arms
fri-sat rest
repeat:box:

2 days would be horrible imo, at LEAST 3 days
