I drunk text my GF all the time, so I won't do it to the women I'm dating. She responds and I look back at how stupid I am the next morning. Ignore it and your sanity will thank you.

Sounds like she's bored and looking for attention, a bit of power, gratification or validation.

Giving-in to which might seem nice but can undermine things if you do it too much.

Don't reply to everything and put any reply on hold for a while and keep some mystery about the delay - unless you are genuinely so in charge of your responses that you don't care two-hoots about what she says and you reply.
