Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

Does going through certain tragedies and difficulties in life makes you like Spicy food? I know it happened with me, when I got back to the states, my mom made salmon soup and I decided to eat with Jalapeno peppers. Then today, I had tacos for dinner, decided to eat it with spicy sauce salsa. What about you guys?

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Huh? This is just really fvcking weird to put this type of connection together.

I mean, are we going to start taking 2 random things that have nothing to do with each other now and start trying to connect them with other things?

Like, do I spend more on groceries if I drive more than 50 miles a week?

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Exactly. What possible good can come from ignorance about other people, and what is there to learn from it?

OP is a lost cause, and there is enough evidence in his threads to prove he is entirely blind to how people actually work. Trying to find any logic in his posts is a complete waste of time.

Maybe if you're in a life or death situation, and eating spicy food saves you might you make a connection.

Like, for example, if you're swimming in the ocean, and you notice a shark's been tailing you for a while.

You suspect he wants to eat you.

Luckily, you have in your hip pocket a bottle of extra hot tobasco sauce.

So you gulp it down just as the shark closes in for the kill.

You let loose a trail of extra spicy diarrhea right in the shark's eye, causing it to re-think it's plans.

Now the connection has been cemented into your subconscious.

Whenever you get into a tough situation (like you're starting a conversation with an attractive woman) you'll suddenly get an urge to drink some hot sauce and sh*t out some hot love.

I’ve lived enough years to study all sorts of people from all backgrounds starting from my years in The Military and so forth. One of the things I preach in this site is how to gain inner peace and the true essence of being a Man or DJ- be genuinely you, have a purpose and don’t ever live your life for people and especially a woman’s existence or approval. Now being a Retired Air Force Veteran who lives off my pension, social security and part of the revenue off my parent’s hotel, I don’t need to work a day in my life again, I consider that aspect of my life blessed because I have a lot of time on my hands to invest my money and select a good wife to raise a family abroad in a country where my I can stretch my dollar. I appreciate you guy’s presence and advise that would be crucial in attracting and selecting a quality woman. I just want to learn as much as I can. Thanks, I humbly acknowledge that I don’t know everything, but knowledgeable about the pursuit of inner peace and God Consciousness and will lend an ear to anyone here who needs to talk something out, having issues about something and sooth some spirits. :)

Here's what Captain Google had to say:

Why Stress and Difficult Experiences Trigger Spice Cravings
    • Endorphin and Dopamine Release: Capsaicin—the active chemical that makes chili peppers hot—binds to pain receptors (TRPV1 receptors) in your mouth. Your brain interprets this burning sensation as a mild threat and releases natural painkillers like endorphins, along with dopamine and serotonin, which create a temporary feeling of pleasure, relief, or a "runner's high". [1, 2, 3, 4]
    • The U-Shaped Stress Relationship: Research shows a U-shaped relationship between perceived stress and spicy food cravings. Both very low and high-to-extreme levels of stress or emotional intensity correlate with heightened positive emotional experiences when consuming spicy foods, driving up the desire for heat as a form of comfort or distraction. [1, 2]
    • Benign Masochism: Eating spicy food puts your body through a controlled, false alarm (sweating, elevated heart rate). Much like riding a roller coaster, your brain recognizes that you are not in real danger, turning the physiological stress response into a thrilling or grounding distraction from real-life difficulties. [1, 2]
    • Sensation Seeking and Reward: People who tend to seek out intense or novel experiences often use spicy foods as a quick sensory reset during demanding work deadlines or emotional periods. [1, 2]
    • Stress or Low Mood: When you are emotionally depleted or anxious, your brain looks for quick ways to activate its reward pathways. As outlined by Redbloom, spicy food provides a sensory distraction and a neurochemical boost
I've always enjoyed spicy food and I can practially drink any Mexican hot sauce you put in front of me. I put jalapeno's on everything. If we are having a spicy pepper eating contest, I will win. Its a thrilling sensation and endorphin release for me.

So no, its not weird. It's actually a thing.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
