or a note card when sarging? If so, what are some examples of things you have written down?
She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Attraction runs on a clock.
She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.
The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."
One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.
Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

I think if you plan your sh!t out too much, and rely on a cheat sheet, you won't get very far, if you get anything at all. Save your tips, and cheat sheet reading for when you are at home.
I DISAGREE with you! What you have said is clearly a lie. It may have to be second nature to you, but there is more than one way to skin a cat. Many people need reminders and cheatsheets are a great way of saving time for some and act as a quick reminder. They won't teach you to be confident but they can remind you of tools you have or may have forgotten. To say something HAS to be second nature is a programmed belief that you have, not an absolute truth.Pappadapolis said:FJ is right. It has to be second nature to you, if not it won't be effective. You've got to try and fail.

An example is that a guy in a boxing ring has his trainer giving him tips and suggestions from ring side. This goes for NEW and Experienced boxers. This cheatsheet ie. trainer giving you tips reminds you of combos and tools. A guy on the street can knock someone out with no boxing experience at all but with practice and some reminders, his tools *fists* become more deadly.
You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.
Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.
She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.
Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
Once again, this is your BELIEF and has no bearing on what is actually true. Who are you to say what cheat sheets are for? What if a guy has the goal of just getting laid and practicing C&F and used cheat sheets on dates when he got nervous and consistently got laid as a result of it? According to your belief, he should have only been using it for work and school but if he shared your belief, he'd be at home humping his hand.WC2 said:Cheat sheets are for business and school work. Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
Cheatsheets are usually only 1 page hence the name 'sheet'Fortunate_Juan said:Hey... baby... how are you?
If she says hi, turn to page 9
If she says nothing, turn to page 23

If a guy believes he can get all the information necessary to interact with women down to one page he's either dreaming or his knowledge about women is very limited.Charm said:Cheatsheets are usually only 1 page hence the name 'sheet'
Who said anything about getting all the information necessary? A cheat sheet serves the purpose of providing helpful reminders and hints, not a complete guide book to success.Francisco d'Anconia said:If a guy believes he can get all the information necessary to interact with women down to one page he's either dreaming or his knowledge about women is very limited.
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
