"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

crutchs are fine, but only until you're ready to walk on your own.

dont get used to them.

write your cheat sheet with less, and less on it each time u go out, until its only a blank sheet. then its all up to you :D
Why put an extra step in? Especially when its not necessary. It's like using bumpers in bowling. Yea if you get it right it works. But you lose a whole dynamic when you do it. The pro's aren't practicing with bumpers, I am willing to wager they didn't ever use them. Why? Because it isn't part of the game, so why get conditioned to need it in the first place?

This place is the crutch, it is the cheat sheet. Everyone here should eventually out grow asking for advice, on most things. Not extending the cheat sheet further out.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

For those of you saying that using cheat sheets is unnatural blah blah blah... didn't mommy ever help you stay up when you were learning how to walk? And didn't you ever have training wheels on your bike? When you write/wrote papers for school, don't/didn't you ever use a dictionary?

Yeah, thought so.

This analogy would fit more with "get a wingman" not "get a cheat sheet.

And didn't you ever have training wheels on your bike?
This analogy would fit with "get a support system to keep you going (aka sosuave.com)" not "get a cheat sheet

Not on the test I didn't.

Gaming girls is not like walking or riding a bike on flat ground. Its more like mountain riding off trail. There are some similarities in how you handle jumps, and obstacles but there are so many factors, training wheels just wont cut it. The terrain is never the same, there is nothing to prepare you for doing it besides practice and the guts to do it. You have to fall, you have to fail, its what makes or breaks you.

The dictionary is used for homework, not in the field.

Once again, this is your BELIEF and has no bearing on what is actually true. Who are you to say what cheat sheets are for? What if a guy has the goal of just getting laid and practicing C&F and used cheat sheets on dates when he got nervous and consistently got laid as a result of it? According to your belief, he should have only been using it for work and school but if he shared your belief, he'd be at home humping his hand.

My point is that if a person wants to use a cheat sheet, thats fine, let them. It is a crutch that at some point will need to be removed. Your generalizations are only true if you buy into believing they are.
Well there in lies the difference between you and I. I enjoy talking to women and even more so respect the flow of a good conversation. I don't need to have a cheat sheet, because I don't NEED to lay women to feel good about myself.

From what you're saying, it seems to me as if you view women as a task to be completed. Fine, to each his own.

Of course my belief has no bearing on what anyone else does, that's why it's my belief! It's a matter of opinion. As for humping his hand, I don't know what you believe I do all day, but I can guarantee you I don't exactly have all day to rub one out :p

Best of luck to ya

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
