I've always thought that it doesn't really make a difference as long as you're able to make a good face-to-face impression, but I've been talking to some female work colleagues lately and it seem that a good sense of style, good clothing and being well-groomed goes a long way.
Have you guys noticed a positive difference when you started actually taking more care of your appearance/what you wear?
Obviously it won't be a life-changing difference, I'm thinking more in the sense of attention it gets from women, checking you out, commenting and complimenting on what you wear, etc.
