1 to 10 scale is old-school, having a 1 to...8 isn't going to catch. Gotta go with the flow. Just be happy I edited the post for you titman.
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.
Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.
Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.
The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
Unfortunately your right mega, But seeing all these posts with "HB10" in the title is a pet hate with this place. Call me crazy but rating a chick unrealisticly that high seems like a sure fire way to the path of AFCness. If some dude honestly sees a chick in such a light then how will he ever have a chance of banging her? It seems counterproductive to what we SHOULD be thinking.Originally posted by DonMEgaHoss
Eye of the beholder just helps slightly this should be locked sorry doc but titman man... mainly your post are decent but this petty bickering is like battle of the internet geeks waiting for a reply instead of going out and doin' something...
Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
I know, no one can standardize beauty. It's pointed at those that call the HB 10's up. My scale is flawed, because I like how Cent's goes in some way.Originally Quoted By wavejams007
decent suggestions, but if peeps don't know where the search link is, even though it is in the same area as the link to the bible, then really they shouldn't be using this site cuz they don't know how to use its basic resources.
That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
No...I think there are women out there who would be perfect suited for me though. AKA my future WIFEOriginally posted by Centaurion
So you n00bs really think that there are chicks out there that are PERFECT in every sense?
hahahahahahahahahhahahahahahaha *wipes away tears*
hahahahahahahahahahahaha
Nah I could still be as happy as a pig in sh!t (which I pretty much am more or less) and still flame retards, its really not that much of a big deal for me , I can even teach you if you like? Save your pop pyschology analysis for another time dude, I'll PM you if and when I get down in the dumps or something, deal?Originally posted by Bile
yes there are. Im 100% sure that there are not one single chick out there that hasn't got one flaw...but if your just judging by the looks, then yes.
I understand how you reason thought titman...but shouldn't you be out there railin some 9 instead of flaming every member here...If you have to flame everyone that says something your not "down" with, then obviously your not satisfied with your life...
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
My idea sounds good... but, again, it's flawed.Originally posted by Docs

And..the suggested examples for people..are just that, suggestioned.
As for adpating the scale to your own needs (Xtravaganza), that's a excellent Idea and I'll add it up there.
As for other suggestions, I've inputted them, but I'll lose my edit time soon, so suggest fast if you want to be credited.

This is contraversial so this are IMO as examples. Dont' flame on how she should be a lever lower or higher, even I can't be perfect.
HB 9 - Jennifer Aniston - Heh..Close enough right?
Jessica Simpson - She's also someone a lot of people would nail.
HB 8 - Lindsey Lohan - She's not bad looking.
Googled. - Neither is this one....
HB 7 - Mary Kate - I put her here because she's gone downhill and looks like she's made up to have sex. She's alright though in some ways.
Ashlee Simpson - She's cute, I'll give her that. But she's not hot.
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
