“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Do you lift only for yourself, when you think of motivation to lift, do you think of how great you will look and feel, how strong you will get.

or do you think if i lift im gonna look great for the ladies, ill be strong to fight off guys to get the ladies, oh ya and ill look and feel great for myself too.

but doing it to look great for the ladys and being able to fight(less chance of losing) is classed as doing it for your self,
as those goals will only beter your life

get what you mean tho

if getting as many people informed on a small ass board within even smaller of a sub-section is a guiness record, then yes.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

I lift for myself

I lift for sports and self defence purposes.

The fact that girls appreciate the physique is just a nice bonus.

Girls appreciate me a lot more for my sense of humor and charm much more than my physical aspects.

My looks just help me get my foot in the door.

I lift for health, looks, and strength for sports. I refuse to ever be a fat ass.. i'm 25 now and my metabolism only goes down from here.

My gf commented the other day that she noticed that my upper chest got bigger :).. she makes fun of my protein consumption and says i'm gonna get mercury poison from the amt. of tuna i down though.

That's motivation.. other people see results even though i really don't except for the actual weight i'm lifting increasing.

Oh, and i seem to be able to hit a softball further than i used to... that might be because i'm getting the timing down better though (slow pitch).
