Doing cardio when trying to gain weight makes me gain MUCH slower than if I don't. I still warm up with a 5-10 min jog, but no days dedicated to cardio or even any runs over a mile.

Bingo! On leg days I hop on the bike,10 minutes on a level 8 at 110+ RPM,it gets your blood flowing.

god. if you guys are finding it hard to put on weight just because you have a short walk on the treadmill before breakfast 3-4 times a week then cardio is the least of your worries.

If you burn 500 calories on the treadmill, eat 1000 after your done!

Thanks to Alex I am trying to do cardio.

Can you fill me in here- an hour of basketball, will that be OK for cardio?

And, also thanks to alex, I am chowing down 60grams of protein at a time.

And am farting my way to the moon.. thanks a lot a$$hole ;)
