Ever notice how a woman can remember something you said word for word 9 months ago but at the same time, can't remember cussing you out at a party months ago and deny it with all her might when it makes HER look bad and like the crazy b!tch she is because she flew off the handle over something stupid?

It's not that they don't remember certain things, they just don't (or do) want to talk about that particular memory at the moment. Later she'll reveal how much she does indeed remember.

Also, the more details she remembers about time with you, the better. It means she spent a lot of time thinking about you.

If it's an instance where she did something bad or wrong she'll likely not remember it (or at least claim not to).
If it's an instance where you were in the wrong you can bet your arse she'll have it etched into her memory until the end of time.

Tell her a little about yourself, but not too much. Maintain some mystery. Give her something to think about and wonder about when she's at home.

This is analogous to the "I didn't notice" that I mentioned in the female translator.

"I didn't notice" = Bet your a$s I noticed, but I am pretending I didn't.

"I don't remember" = I remember precise details of it, but feel it's to my advantage to feign temporary amnesia.

Here is a practical example from two days ago...

Someone mentioned the ex of a female friend of mine in front of her. She said, "I forget what his name was."

She lived with him for THREE years, but doesn't remember his name lol.

Especially when it comes to sex. Most girls I know have near-photographic memory when it comes to past sex acts (way better than us guys do). The selective memory comes into play when somebody asks about her magic number or if it's with a guy she regrets

A woman's memory of you also changes over the course of the relationship. When the relationship is new, she will take a positive view of everything. Then years later after the relationship has gone downhill, so do her memories of you.

Example - quote in the present - "I can't believe you stood up for me to that cop. No one has ever stood up for me like that. It was awesome."

years later - "The only reason that cop wrote me that dui is that you were such a fvcking assh0le to him."

Not selective at all! They remember everything, but choose to reveal what they remember when it's convenient for them.

men have selective memory, too, believe it. Just look at all the punks who "think" that they have "won" a debate with ME. :)
