I really need serious help. I recently started debating. I can talk to anybody and everybody. But whenever I get on stage and start to give a speech in a room full of people. I just freeze. Can anyone tell me how I can solve this problem.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

dont think about it. cliche i know but it works.
i use to be in theater and just ignored the crowd.
what also works is look at the back of the room. stare at the back wall and inevitably you will forget about the crowd.

Just imagine them naked....like thats gonna work.
Just note, most people don't even listen to lectures or speeches. So there is very little chance they would care what you do on stage.
And even if they laugh at you, you well entertained them anyway.
