Eating high carbs after a workout with 20g grams of protein usually results in an insulin release which may not increase your test levels but will increase you muscle mass.

Are you a pretzel fan at all, specifically soft pretzels, they severly lower testosterone levels, and in terms of libido, I have none for most of the day, because my mind believes that the day is time for work, I am a workaholic. At night however, its game time, you need to change your social pattern. You probably are not in sexual situations often enough. The mind gets patterned very easily. We all like to think were above Pavlov's dogs, but were not. The same principles hold true. Change your habitation and social patterns and keep them sexually oriented for at least a month, preferablly two, and there will be no more problem.

I'm gonna bump this up, and yes I know it's 7 years old. I am wondering the same thing, about the masculinity, not the lack of libido.

jesus if your test levels are that bad then get a test booster,they usually dont work for people your age coz ur test is usually through the roof.do compound lifts when training (deadlift,squat,bench) they release anabolic androgens,test + hgh.get your vitamins,shave more often so your beard will grow faster.also eat your good fats,they produce test from cholesterol so eat your peanut butter,nuts fish etc it could be just a dry spell but you could also try putting a porno on,getting wood then leaving it without having a wank and youl be hungry for more hhaha.and jesus christ sleep like a muthafvcker thinking about your best friends mother that you wana burst the arse off....trust me

Those PC muscle exercises didn't work for me, in fact, they made me feel terrible, it produced the opposite of what I wanted.

If I was you, I would also consider, REST! TOO MUCH EXERCISE can be your problem, but I doubt it... Just be careful about that. :)

It probably has something to do with your nervous system! I would strongly recommend for you to do TAI CHI or something similar. There is a thing called sexual Chi Kung, that sounds cool! Tai Chi will help you restore your energy in many ways.

Do you know what Goji Berries are? Also, look up Açai berries.

Physical solutions aside, the most important thing if you ask me, is your MINDSET. Changing your diet or sleep pattern, anyone can do, but changing your mindset, it takes a real man to do that. Don't allow yourself to feel bad! When you feel like this, do something, anything... Find a way! You will feel great. Even if it sounds stupid, DO IT. Doing something is better then nothing, for just trying you will get respect. The most awesome thing about this is that if you don't stop, you'll get far! A little push can trigger a HUGE change. Like the guy says, "Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in getting up every time we do." It doesn't matter if you are feeling like that right now, what are you gonna do about it? That is what counts the most.
