Excessive boron levels may lead to increase in hair loss for guys are prone to it....

.....it's the curse of being a man:

A) want high testosterone, more sex drive, more energy? Okay, sacrifice your hair....

B) wanna keep your hair? Okay, sacrifice your testosterone....

I've had to reduce my boron intake to every other day to keep my SHBG levels low while not shedding hair....
Yep, thought so. The irony is a sick joke

How do you deal with "declining libido"? You do things which raise your libido and improve your physical health and well being.

1. Exercise ( squats and heavy exertions followed by rest raise test )
2. Diet ( eat healthy )
3. Minimize alcohol and any other substances which raise estrogen and decrease testosterone
4. Get more control over your life
5. Remove or minimize situations with women were you aren't fvcking
6. Following substances raise test ( zinc, vitamin D, vitamin A )
7. KEEP HAVING SEX! A man must be having sex, sexual droughts over a long enough period will cause lowered sex drive and lowered testosterone.
8. Deal with women who LIKE you. Women who like you look at you in a great light and they want to have sex with you. Any bytch who makes it difficult or doesn't treat you well will diminish your self view if you keep dealing with her.
9. Cardio. 30 minutes 4-5 days a week keeps your blood circulation good. Blood circulation will give your strongest boner.

Our body carries our mind, and we must take care of it for the rest of our life. If you don't use it, you lose it. ( Muscles, shut down, atrophy, get weaker, etc ). A lot of older folks have falls and trips, because they become clumsy from becoming WEAK.

Great suggestions. I do like to add on to it.

If you're lazy like me, exercise moderately that gives the most bang for the buck so that working out will be sustainable and a lifestyle and not just some chore you will quit in a couple months. Do weights that target multiple muscle groups together like Bench Press and Squats. I found bicycle row situps combined with reverse gravity leg raises to be more effective at flattening my stomach than traditional situps.

I don't drink alcohol these days except on occassions. Alcohol actually lowers testosterone and even worse beer has hops in it which is a plant that contains one of the most phyto-estrogens out there.

No processed foods and only natural carbs like rice/potatoes has really helped. Semi-Keto diet is something I feel is sustainable and realistic to live by.

No soda's or anything with high fructose corn syrup. This is the sweetner companies use to increase their profits since it's a cheaper sugar substitute. Problem is your body doesn't know what to do with it and can't break it down as easy as natural cane sugar so it stores it as fat in your body.

ZMA, Vitamin D, and a good natural multi-vitamin like Rainbow helps day to day activity, mental health, energy, immunity.

Not conclusive but it definitely helped me in the energy and testosterone department is D-Aspartic acid which is also found in many of those "testosterone boosters". It basically tells the liver to start producing testosterone. This mainly helps in older males and one's that aren't in the best shape. If you are young and in good shape, you may not notice anything.

The older you get, the more important it is to balance out your testosterone, estrogen, and cortisol levels. The more stress you have the more your cortisol levels will spike and bring down your testosterone levels. So definitely avoid dramas with any women and try to minimize it in everyday life. Also for guys over 40, do sprints and not run on treadmill or any other long strenuous exercises for more than 45min. This has been shown to raise cortisol levels too. I only weight train and do short sprintsnow. Your joints will thank you for it. Think about it, you can always build muscle and keep them strong but you can't really do too much to improve joints. The just normally deteriorate as you get older.

BTW, I haven't researched it yet but does anyone know if Boron increases DHT in testosterone too? DHT is part of the testosterone that causes male baldness.

It's real important as we get older to deal with babes who see us in a good light and who cooperate, females who want to fvck without a lot of games and resistance. A female who sees a great male image in us and is excited in dealing with us. That makes your c0ck and balls hang better.

A lot of guys who got the ED, were beated back by girlfriends or wives for YEARS. Starved for sex for YEARS. Talked down to and treated like shyt for YEARS on end. The same guys are inactive, have tons of fat on them, probably are alcoholics as an outlet for their bad treatment, their cawks have been treated like garbage for years on end in those situations!

Most of it is reversible and man can fvck until he dies with a r0ck hard c0ck if he takes care of everything.

You still have to use those joints as you get older to keep them lubed, because I know you know better than me, with a lack of use things get stiff...

x1000

Always go for either series of sprints or a 1-2 mile walk the older you get and lift weights and do any other stretching exercises.

I don't believe in those "joint juice" supplements. The good ole fashion way of just keep moving works better.

Some cardio is necessary too, because we do have hearts and lungs, good cardio health == strongest erections due to efficient cirulcation.

I agree with you but I know not everyone loves cardio so for those that don't, series of sprints, HIIT training style, speed walking can work just as well. This is what I do as I'm lazy as fvck and want something I can do that is sustainable to me.

On a related note, everyone says healthy heart is important but for me I think a healthy liver is even more important. People don't realize the liver has over 500 vital functions. Proper nutrition/exercise along with not abusing alcohol will do wonders in keeping your liver healthy.

I do cardio not because "I love it", because I used to hate it. I "feed" my body what it needs to perform well. So some cardio is part of the diet. Some aerobic style cardio is required. Anaerobic is great too, and I agree with it.

True, alcohol kicks the livers azz badly. It's not to be taken lightly.

Nothing TRT can’t fix . Personally i do believe after certain age TRT should be a must .
TRT won't fix if your wife bad behavior and energy to you makes it impossible to get a erection with HER. That type of mental damage that cause ED is reverse by getting in some WILLING puszy.

That’s different. Not getting turned on because you lose attraction to a certain person it’s different than not getting turned on to a person you feel attraction because your tool down there ain’t working .

You have to do some blood work and see where your testosterone levels are . If they low then you can start TRT. If they normal you have to check other factors like the Free testosterone for example which is the most important one plus your SHBG levels . If SHBG is high then it affects your f Testo and maybe the reason for lower libido and other things .

But it’s a fact that males after the age of 30-35 produce less testo and every year as they get older it gets worse .

NSX-R, I was saying the part of the equation that you aren't thinking about is that T-levels are not solely a response due to "aging". I was pointing out a bunch of men T is lowered due to their ENVIRONMENT. Wife wears the pants, shut him off sex, treats him worse than dirt and year after year he dutifully does not cheat.... His sex drive will get shut down, his psychology gets normalized to a "non sexual" mindset in which he acquisces and submits to women around him. He will stop getting erections and the ones he do get will be weak.

If such a man changed his environment to a highly attractive woman who couldn't get enough of him, who desired to please him, whose body starved for him, he would be rewarded with a full hanging c0ck and balls and raging boners that are so hard that they hurt.

This reason is why Viagra and Ciallis exploded literally out of no where to now where they are common considerations. Man at least man in relationship has been "beaten back".

I do agree with you that psychological issues can lower down your libido, but as i said it’s a proven fact that men after 30-35 have lower testo than the younger ones . If a 50 year old dude with lower testo change his environment don’t expect his testo to explode , maybe gonna increase a bit but not too much to be considered as a big difference.

It doesn't decrease as much as they say if your environment is good. There are 70 and 80 year old gangsters whose are still fvcking with r0ck hard c0cks. Dude, if you have been mentally shut down for years. Told you are less than you are, yes it will be somewhat of an explosion. Mental is HUGE. The Mind controls everything.

Alot of men and women switch roles over time ( noticed women getting moustache and chest hairs ) as she slowly gains control over him.

I would say the difference in test level could be 20-50% from that alone.

Imagine her brainwashing you to act compliant around her, and that sexual thoughts are punished, so over time you get none, and you become compliant and submissive around every woman so you don't get in trouble.

TRT is a good idea, but you also need to fix the environment.

Since my testosterone dropped to below minimum I can still get raging hard-ons even if a girl is simply sexting me. She could be miles away inviting me over and I'll be hard as alabaster before even getting in the car.

That's with just one, ruined testicle. No sperm.

If I'm fvcking a girl and I get any attitude from her, any bítchiness, I lose my boner almost instantly. Condoms don't help either.
