That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
Walking through a forest or something, where you are exploring in nature is indeed great. I've done that too, it gets girls relaxed and in a great mood. Perfect time to pull the first kiss on her.Originally posted by The_Shezzler
I went Hiking with a girl once, I only suggested that we walk for a couple of miles.....6 hours later and we were still walking - Great Conversations, Good KINO and a fun time.
Give it a try - 1-10 depending on how long you can stretch out a convo - easy!
Sarge On...
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
Not hating or disrespecting but that is f*ckd up. .Anyhow all this date ideas is cool and all but alot of it is limited by our age becuase not everybody have their licence(which suck ass). But overall a good post.Originally posted by phish
the gr8 db8,

if its dark, take her 2 teh park.
take it to the hall, take her to the ball.
to the fair, in a pair.
if its $ ur conserving, the amusement park is deserving.
take her 2 the beach, munching on teh peach.
if it all goes gr8, u will m8.
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
This is the funniest thing i've ever read on this forum.CyranoDeBergerac said:Shave your heads and go wig shopping. hehehehe

I don't agree with your last comment. Spontaneity is great, but having an actual plan can make all the difference. You might just be a last-minute planner (if you pick things in the moment). Brainstorming ahead of time is a major plus imo.DJ4Real said:Mix the date up...don't always do ordinary stuff.
Go swimming (late at night).
Take a nice ride out somewhere (with food and drink).
or you could mix up some of the ordinary stuff:
Movies and Park
etc...The best dates are those that are unplanned.
Your game should always be "on". However, she is just a friend at the moment (even though she was an ex at one point).Ken88 said:Ok so I am taking my ex girlfriend to prom. It has been almsot a year since we went out and she recently started instant messaging me to me a few weeks ago out of the blue. I want to hang out with her a few times before hand so its not akward. I dont know if she just wants to go to prom or is into me again. What are some good idea for things or places to do/ go to and hang out? And how should I act if we see a movie or somethin? Should I jsut act like its a friend or turn on my "game."?
She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
