Curious, anything out there that lessens your refractory period?

Or time between sexual bouts (for those not familiar with the term).

When I was younger in my 20 somethings I'd be good to go again in 10-15 minutes. Now its like 20-35 minutes in between. Now thats not bad.. but I love ****ing and I'd like to be able to **** sooner. Any aminos or vitamins that help speed this up?

(I read the bit about larginine and Pycnogenol but I'm not sure that helps recovery time exactly.)

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Thanks but yeah, not looking for prescription meds. I'm looking for the more 'natural' route.

Oxytocin is the main culprit, If I remember correctly, that causes refractory period. I'm not certain how you can go about controlling your oxytocin levels but let me say that you should NOT mess around with your hormonal levels if you don't know what you are doing.

The PC exercises they mention are also called Kegels which are super easy to do.

Hey thanks The Bat! Great read. Funny how I've never ran into this before..

Anywho I tried using the techniques solo and have had luck both times having multiple orgasms as well as stopping ejaculation. I look forward to perfecting this and making it automatic during sex.. and so does my gf! :D
