"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

https://www.dailywire.com/news/43975/male-student-settles-university-after-being-ashe-schow

A male college student was incapacitated due to alcohol one night after a party when a female student engaged him in sexual activity. Even though the university knew the male student was too drunk to consent (based on the school’s own policies) it still suspended him after the female student claimed she was sexually assaulted. The school recently settled with the male student.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Beyond this case...

What are young men in college (and all men) truly expected to do these days? Seriously... Is there any level of consent, where a man can be certain before proceeding, that he will no longer be at any risk of being accused/sued, should the woman change her of perception of the events later?
Imagine if the role where reverse, if he would have jump into her bed and done what she did.
10 year of prison min.
In situation like this it seems that how the women feels after the fact gives her the right to change her mind.
I wonder if its not some kind of revenge for him breaking up with her or something similar.

I don't drink on first dates for precisely these reasons. It always makes the other party uneasy, but it should make them feel safe with me - safe that I'm not going to be able to claim too intoxicated to consent.

You guys promote alcohol as a social and sexual lubricant. "Tell her to grab a bottle of wine and come to my place"

Perhaps that advice needs to be the evaluated

I suggest security cameras inside and around residence perimeter to verify proper conduct.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Does that mean you're usually DTF on the first date?
Haha, I'm not DTF for a month or two. Alcohol never plays a role in that decision.

It's literally comical to see the unease when I say "diet Coke please"

"You don't drink? Why not?!" They say

"I like to get to know people without alcohol being a factor" I reply

They start to think I'm a recovering alcoholic, or that I must drink but have a problem that I'm afraid of showing.

I guess the majority of OLD chicks meet up, get hammered on his dime, and become belligerent.

That convo is always a fun few moments at the beginning of the date, lol

Last dry date I had was a total nightmare, she was a clone of my recent ex in almost every way so I had to sit there stone cold sober getting triggered haha.
Haha, they can drink if they want, I don't care about that. I just realized that I wasn't screening well after the alcohol hit me, so I changed that. I eventually drink, after I know (sober) that I like and want to be around this person.

I've heard some funny stories (funny to hear about, not funny they had to live thru) about guys drinking to excess on blind dates b/c she misrepresented herself. So no bueno when that happens.

Why didn't you drink?

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

I vid all sex and I keep nudes, sexting, and anything. All archived. Women are weaponized and the culture encourages victimhood.

Love to read that policy manual.

“If you are inebriated, you can’t give consent. Unless a female tries to have sex with you, then everything depends on the court of public opinion.”
