Learned that was a terrible idea, and decided to stop.

However, their first impression was that I was a nice guy, if I decide to start negging them will it be too obvious? How to you reintroduce yourself to a girl you initially met when you were beta?

Just dont be that guy anymore. I may be wrong but it seems like you've already got a foot in the door with these females and they think you are a nice guy. That's not a bad thing because they probably trust you more. Trust is good when it comes to getting a female to get intimate with you. I would think it would now be much easier to pull frame on them because of that trust. In terms of compliments, etc, just dont be that guy anymore. They shouldn't expect (or be needy) for you to compliment them 24/7 in order to feel good about themselves or the relationship. So just dont do it.

Thing is, you gotta develop the ability to become a rude mofo when the situation requires it.
