The most profound piece of advice is to just conserve your sexual energy and don't release it until you see it... Like it might take a week or month, idc.

Now getting back to the OP, some people can actually, physically see auras and energies. I've experienced this myself on a very limited basis. But practically speaking it's not necessary when you can easily sense sexual energy otherwise.
