It's fat injections. And I don't know that they're all that sturdy because I hear about models needing to take breaks from posting pictures so they can head to their plastic surgeons and get their butts tuned up after a while.

Apparently there’s two different options in that area. A fat transfer and an actual implant. I wasn’t aware that Brazilian usually refers to the fat transfer procedure …
