“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

i have a question...

so i'm about to begin my bulking workout routine in about a week, along with diet as well. my current job is somewhat physical in nature (i work in a warehouse) and i'm constantly lifting boxes and such which range from 10lbs to 25lbs. my plan is to lift on days when i don't work (mon, wed, fri) and i realize that rest if a vital part of bulking, so my question is will my gains be greatly reduced since i'm burning calories at work? should i eat more calories to compensate? any advice is appreciated...

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Yes, if your goal is to bulk than you're going to need to compensate your diet for the calories burnt at work.

In order to grow you need a calorie surplus. Eat a lot, eat calorie-dense foods like eggs and fats. If you don't see gains, either in the mirror or lifts, you know you're not eating enough, so eat some more.

Have fun. It's a challenge, but one you should and will relish.

I'd reduce the weight lifting to twice a week in your situation

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

howcome? i'm just curious...

The majority of people over train in addition to not knowing how to train correctly. This results in the CNS getting beat up and never getting a chance to recover, hence you never grow.

Some people can recover fast from workouts (small percent of lifters), while others take a lot longer. I can't say where you are, but if i had to guess i'd assume your in the majority (average to below average genetics (correct me if you have good genetics)). So assuming you didn't have a hard labor job and i was training you i'd still have you on a 2 day split. The job just adds more work on your central nervous system, so you have to becareful with training to much and not allowing time for recovery.

Nitpick:

Why would most people be in the average to below average category? Doesn't that defeat "average?"
