"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

The YT guy is facially unattractive. He needs height to compensate for mediocre face.
I put 5'8" on my Tinder profile & did great. I have a good face, but poor height.
If you lack height, you need face.
if you lack face, you need height.
This is not groundbreaking.
Water is wet.
Face is always more valuable than height.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Okay, so now you have 2 paths in front of you:

1 - Cope, be a loser, never reproduce, end in misery.
2 - Stop whining and start taking action towards your goals daily.

Many successful men are short.

Slight bump for this thread.. as per a conversation I had last night..

A text convo I should add. But. So this lady i 'met' online a while ago.. chat fizzled out. She got with somebody etc etc.. I still occasionally speak to her as we share one or teo common interests, but no romantic levels are involved..

She sent me a 'meme about a short guy still being attractive sometimes'.. slightly odd, but I was fairly non plussed by it, she said it was playful etc..and that its just a worldwide generic preference.. probably mostly correct..

Ten minutes later. Went on to say how she'd received so much nastiness over her weight.. and how it was just soul destroying.. Which obviously i dont wish anyone to feel like this, at all.. Nobody should be shamed into sadness or regret over their aesthetic, but it amused me that women hating/ignoring shorter men is just a preference. Men not being into bigger gals is cruel.. same fcuking thing isnt it.?

Everyone lies so much that when women see five nine, they think you are probably five six. If it says six four, you're at least not short. It's like if dating profiles made a woman list her weight. Are you going to believe what she says, or add 20+ pounds?
More like FIFTY.

I'm 5'5 Asian and I met my current girlfriend of three years from a dating site.

Bro, if you failed in dating and think it's your height, the real problem is your attitude, not your height.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
